<>Purpose:
The workshop aims to stimulate research and interaction of mathematicians and scientists in all aspects of linear algebra and matrix analysis and their applications and to provide an opportunity for researchers to exchange ideas and recent developments on the subjects. The previous meetings of the workshop series have taken place in Beijing (China) and Fort Lauderdale (USA).

Registration fee* (US$150 or RBM 1000) is collected on site at the registration desk of the meeting.
Graduate Students, family members or friends RMB 800 per person (mainly to cover meals and a tour).
* The fee covers
all meals during the meeting and a tour to Tianmu Mountain.

Published by the International Linear Algebra Society (ILAS), ELA is a refereed electronic mathematical journal of high standards. Proceedings of the Conference Abstracts (up to 4 pages), indexed by ISTP, will be published by the World Academic Press Please use Word for Abstracts indented for Proceedings.

By air, Hangzhou (Shongshan) International Airport as destination is recommended.
By train, Hangzhou City Train Station is recommended.

On July 9, there will be buses/shuttles to pick up workshop participants from the Hangzhou (Shongshan) International Airport and the Hangzhou City Train Station.
